Add to this a series of guided tours where we walk your customers through all of the highlights that you don't want them to miss - points you know would make them stay at your hotel if only they saw them. Additionally, we can produce a number of high impact commercials highlighting local attractions and then add these into your tour.
All of this can then be made available to your customers 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world by means of optimised delivery for both 56k dial-up internet connection and broadband connections. Customers with 56k connections can be presented with faster loading highlights, while customers with broadband connections can get the full high quality experience with all of the extras that broadband makes possible.

Further to letting your customers view your hotel via the Web, we can produce even higher quality versions on CD and DVD. Then, whenever you send information to potential customers by post, you can get their attention with a Virtual Tour on disc. Our DVD's are particularly effective because the customer can insert them into their PC to get the fully functional Virtual Tour available to Broadband users (but at even higher quality than broadband) or they can play them on the set top DVD player to get even higher quality full screen tours of your hotel on their TV set (when played on a set top DVD, functionality will inevitably be reduced). This means that our Virtual Tours can be targeted at just about anyone, whether they have internet access or not. Also, try sending them to past customers to remind them that your still there and open for business. Touring around your hotel on their PC or TV set may just encourage them to return for another stay.
Customers Spread the Word for you
Another great use for the tours on CD's and DVD's is as a souvenir. Give a disc to each customer as they check out and see just what happens. Tourists especially will always be appreciative of a high quality reminder of their stay, especially if it has plenty of extras on it like the Commercials highlighting the local attractions and perhaps a number of high quality digital stills of local views and attractions. Upon returning home, they have a ready made holiday video and slideshow to show to family and friends. This holiday movie will of course be great exposure for your hotel and will conveniently have all of your contact details included in and on it. Even if your customers are staying there on business, it can be beneficial to give them a disc since they could take it back to the office with them.
