Right Click Productions are currently developing applications that make use of video shot using blue and green screen techniques to deliver context sensitive video help files as and when they are required. Anywhere where help has previously been available within an application or web site, we are aiming to deliver embedded interactive video help.
(We are even planning to deliver Advanced Video Help to customised error pages on web sites, so that your customers will no longer receive the dreaded "404 error" on your site should a fault / bad link occur).
The difference between this new system and the more traditional text based help file that opens in a separate window has to be seen to be believed. From the users point of view, it is as if they have their own personal assistant on hand at all times.
